Excel have been awarded the Pipers Square Charlestown Finglas project.
Pipers Square project consisting of 598 Apartments and Two Basement areas - Progress so far- 200 Apartments and One Carpark area completed, 250 Apartments 1st Fix install completed, Second Carpark area in progress, and remaining 150 Apartments also in progress
It will be the largest passive house development in Europe and the history of the state.
