This development will involve the construction of 297 apartments, a creche and tenant amenity spaces over three buildings – ranging in height from 5 to 8 floors. The development also includes new public realm, streetscapes as well as a newly built public park with an enclosed playground to compliment the surrounding community and nearby school.
